Abstract
This study examined in depth that the two female counselors in counseling field experienced what kind of discrimination and suppression in the course of their work life. To this end, the researchers analyzed the individual experience of the researcher and counselor of a research collaborator by the collaborative autoethnography descriptive paper which is suitable for analyzing in a social and cultural context. The results of the study were derived for four large themes: , , , and . Through these results, the researchers explored how the researchers was awakening on the discrimination and suppression accumulated throughout his life. It also reveals the process of perceiving and realizing the world anew by understanding the turning point of life. This study is significant that it is the first attempt to explore the social discrimination and suppression experienced by two female counselors in public social activities through a cooperative autoethnography descriptive method based on social justice counseling and feminist counseling, Based on the results of this study, it is expected that research on the human rights of women's counselors will be continued. Finally, limitations and suggestions of this study are made.
